KEYING/COMPOSITING EXERCISES
Practiced tracking, keying, rotobrush, color grading, after effects tools, post-effects (e.g particular) & sound design
Here, my objective was to make something clean and minimalist. However, i spent time polishing details to enhance the overall look.
That project taught me a lot due to its diverse range of tasks. It allowed me to develop my skills in 3d tracking and implementing color grading techniques to enhance the video's atmosphere.
Although it's been challenging, i enjoyed working on it!
This is one of the several rush where i was asked to key out a green screen on a TV in order to insert something else in it. To make it even more realistic and detailed, i added a VHS effect on the video that's on the screen.
Thanks to these shots, i was able to refine my mastery of the keying techniques inside After Effects, aswell as the tracking using Mocha.
That exercise was quite special, as it required me to key-in the character to a specific and detailed background that i had to create. Furthermore, i had the chance to experiment with the "particular" plug-in.
